From a five-person crew to a 250-strong company.
Marhaba Associates was founded in 2005 on a simple premise: clients deserve a contractor who treats their budget and their timeline as seriously as their own. What began as a small residential crew in Lahore has grown into a full-service construction company with offices in three cities.
Along the way, we brought architecture, interior design, and project management in-house — not to chase growth for its own sake, but because it let us guarantee the kind of quality and accountability that subcontracted work rarely delivers.
Today, our portfolio spans luxury villas, corporate towers, industrial parks, and heritage restorations — each one built by the same principle we started with.

When I started in 2005, I made a promise that we'd never cut corners to hit a deadline, and we'd never hide a cost overrun from a client. Two decades later, that promise is still the first thing I tell every new hire. Construction is an industry built on trust — lose it once, and no amount of marketing gets it back. My job is to make sure every person on our sites understands that.
